Note that UK regulations allow for government organisations to apply for an order requesting you to provide them with a copy of a decryption key or a copy of unencrypted data. Where keys for EC3 encrypted files are not available there is no method of decoding any data encrypted with EC3 and Ecoded would not be able to provide any duplicate key or other method of decryption.
